And I have passed my 100 words a minute shorthand!!

Exciting times ahead...

I passed my 80 words a minute shorthand! Really happy, I was so angry on the day. The 100 was so easy but I was convinced I could do the 90, but it was awful so difficult. So doing the 80 I was fuming and I knew I could pass but as I was so angry I thought I had mucked it up.


Waiting for the provisional law exam result, really apprehensive as I really think I mucked that up as well. Some people have heard that they have passed, but so far it has been in alphabetical order. Now I'm freaking out, I know I can't do anything about it but I would still like to know how I've done.


Spent a day in Worthing on Monday which was really nice, did some vox-pops, which I have never done before. I wrote a couple of stories. It feels like there are exciting times ahead for me and I can't wait to see what the future has to bring!

I forgot to say I have passed my 60 wpm shorthand exam! At last, now just got to nail the 80 and then 100!




Also got an A in my media law exam so I am fully aware of what I can and cannot publish without getting sued.


Lastly, still loving my work placement, new paper out tomorrow with apparently loads of my stories so if you see a Petersfield Post pick one up!


Oh as well, heard Lady Gaga's Born this way again today and I love it!!

Sorry for the lack of posts, I am currently on work placement at the Petersfield Post and I am loving it. Getting loads of news stories printed and writing loads. I'm really glad I'm staying in one place for both weeks, means I can really make an impression. Here is one of my stories:

I have about four in the paper this week, the taxi prices one, about the Vertigo building site and the comedian teenager. I can't believe it's Friday tomorrow, this week has flown by.


On another note I am desperately awaiting the shorthand results to be printed, I'm not going to lie if I haven't passed I am going to be so gutted! I can do 60 words a minute so why can't I pass the exam! I have been checking nearly every hour to see if the college's results have been posted, but still nothing yet.
